Yes, that's the winning caption in the HELP! MOM! caption contest. Congratulations to Wally Anderson, who contributed this dynamic addition to the Hillary oeuvre.

For his prize, Wally will receive a copy of HELP! MOM! There are Liberals Under My Bed!, as well as a limited edition print of the picture with his caption, signed by artist Jim Hummel. We'll also be sending copies to Hillary and Ted "the Swimmer" Kennedy, enclosed in the cheapest Wal-Mart frames we can find. It's just our way of saying "Merry Christmas" to these Democratic paragons who so embody honesty, modesty and sobriety.
